Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 208 Poop Scoop’s dog waste removal services and website. By booking or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide recurring and one-time dog waste removal for residential and commercial properties across the Treasure Valley. Service frequency, pricing, and inclusions are as described on our Pricing page or your quote.

Scheduling & Property Access

You agree to provide accurate gate codes, access instructions, and dog temperament information. If we cannot safely access your yard on a scheduled visit, that visit may be skipped or rescheduled, and normal charges may still apply.

Payments & Billing

Recurring plans are billed on the schedule communicated at signup. One-time cleanups are due at or before service. Late or failed payments may pause your service until resolved.

Cancellations & Pausing Service

There are no long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel recurring service at any time by contacting us before your next scheduled visit; charges already incurred for completed visits are non-refundable.

Weather & Rescheduling

In unsafe weather, we may reschedule your visit to the next available day. We’ll do our best to notify you in advance and keep your yard on track.

Pets & Safety

For the safety of our technicians, we may ask that aggressive or unpredictable dogs be secured indoors during service. We are not responsible for incidents arising from undisclosed pet behavior.

Limitation of Liability

We take care on every visit, but we are not liable for pre-existing yard damage, ordinary wear, or issues outside our reasonable control. Please report any service concerns within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
